Nueva York, Estados Unidos.-El mundo teatral de Broadway ha encendido sus reflectores tras el anuncio oficial de las nominaciones a los Premios Tony 2025, revelando un escenario competitivo y plural.
El comité de selección, compuesto por 840 votantes especializados, cerró el periodo de elegibilidad el pasado 27 de abril.
Como se había adelantado, los premios honoríficos ya tienen destinatarios: Great Performances, Michael Price, New 42 y la Biblioteca Pública de Nueva York para las Artes Escénicas recibirán los Tony a la Excelencia en el Teatro.
Celia Keenan-Bolger será reconocida con el premio Isabelle Stevenson, mientras que Harvey Fierstein obtendrá el Tony especial por su trayectoria.
