TEGUCIGALPA, HONDURAS.- La sociedad civil eligió este viernes a José Ramón Ávila de la Asociación de Organismos No Gubernamentales (Asonog) como su representante ante la Junta Proponente para seleccionar a los candidatos a fiscal general y fiscal general adjunto.
La decisión de la asamblea fue unánime y no se presentaron otras candidaturas, por lo que se dio de forma rápida.
Con la elección de José Ramón Ávila se completó la nómina de siete miembros que integran la Junta Proponente de seis instituciones diferentes.
La asamblea se llevó a cabo con la polémica ausencia del Consejo Hondureño de la Empresa Privada (Cohep), al cual no se le permitió participar en el proceso.
¿Quiénes integran la Junta Proponente?
Ya se completó la Junta Proponente que seleccionará a los candidatos a fiscal general y fiscal general adjunto del Estado.
Desde la semana pasada fueron delegados Alejandro Hernández, representando al Colegio de Abogados de Honduras (CAH); Julio Raudales, por parte de las universidades privadas de Honduras; Odir Fernández, de la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Honduras (UNAH); Wagner Vallecillo Paredes elegido por el pleno de magistrados de la Corte Suprema de Justica (CSJ); Blanca Izaguirre del Comisionado Nacional de los Derechos Humanos (Conadeh) y Rebeca Ráquel presidenta del Poder Judicial, quien presidirá la Junta Proponente.
