BOGOTÁ, COLOMBIA.- El caso de Erikha Aponte, mujer que fue asesinada el Día de la Madre en el centro comercial de Unicentro, ubicado en la capital de Colombia, ha tomado un giro en las últimas horas después de que los padres del agresor manifestaron su negativa a entregar al hijo de ambos.
Se informó que la noche del domingo la Policía hizo presencia en la casa donde vive el niño actualmente. Hablaron con la abuela paterna, pero esta no permitió acceder al menor de edad.
Esta decisión ha generado conmoción y reacciones de indignación en la opinión pública que ha sido testigo de un debate que pone en primer plano el bienestar y el futuro del niño que ha quedado huérfano a causa de este terrible acto de violencia.
Según declaraciones, los padres de Christian Rincón no dejaron al menor ir con su madre cuando esta tomó la decisión de abandonar el hogar en el que fue víctima de violencia durante tantos años.
Esta posición ha generado un debate acerca de los derechos y el bienestar del menor, así como la necesidad de garantizar su protección y cuidado.
